· I’m unable to Login into LMS, what should I do?
ü Kindly recheck whether your username and password entered is correct. If entered username and password is correct, then please try resetting the password by using forgot password functionality.
· My username and password is correct but I’m unable to Login in LMS, the error message says ‘’your account is inactive’’, what should I do?
ü If the error message says ‘’your account is inactive’’ then please contact LMS support team via mail at lms-support@abcfortech.com our team will help you.
· I’m unable to access the next sections/videos, what should I do?
ü Kindly wait for the section to be active, as per the schedules the sections will be unlocked for you. Training instructor shall keep the course participants informed of the schedule.
· I want to change my password for LMS. what should I do?
ü Kindly login to LMS, click on Learner button at the top, click on My info and update your password.
· I want to compare my course progress with others, what should I do?
ü Kindly login to the LMS, click on Progress and you can click on gamification at the bottom and compare your course progress with others.
· I have subject related doubt, how can I get it clarified?
ü Kindly login to the LMS, click on discussions, click on doubt clarification and comment your doubt, course Instructors will resolve your doubt as soon as possible.
